About Paper 3:
Paper 3 is the most important single component of your overall IB grade. It is structured as follows:
a) You have to write three essays in 2.5 hrs.
b) Each topic you have studied (i.e. the three above) will have two essay questions set on each. You can answer any three on the paper (i.e.answering two from the same section is fine).
c) While the marking is similar to the essays in Paper 2, the questions will be set on more directed topics and issues (and therefore more precise knowledge / revision is required).
d) You need to aim to write 800-1200 words for each essay.
e) Each essay will be graded using the rubric below.
